How to Order
Venus & the Hare uses Postnet to Postnet delivery services. This allows you to select your nearest Postnet for drop-off and collecting at a time that is convenient for you.
We can also arrange international shipping and door-to-door delivery if required.
If we have stock of your items ordered, we’ll send it off via our couriers immediately. Your order should not take longer that 5 working days to be completed. If there are any delays due to unforeseen issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we can arrange a refund. The items purchased will have to remain unused and we do not refund for the courier fee.
